COMMUNITY

Sometimes weekly therapy doesn't feel like enough. Therapy intensives offer focused, deeper support designed to help you move through stuck patterns with more momentum and intention.

These extended sessions, generally 4-6 hours, are especially helpful for OCD and trauma work, creating space to gently untangle long-standing fears, triggers, and survival responses while building new ways of relating to yourself and your life.

Areas of focus:

Self-Abandonment · Religious Trauma · OCD · Perinatal (PMADs, TFMR)

· Anxiety & Overwhelm · Life Transitions · Women's Empowerment · Burnout

DEEPER WORK

Therapy Intensives

50-minute sessions tailored to your story, your pace, and the patterns you're ready to unwind. The space where lasting change begins.

I work with women navigating that particular exhaustion that comes from showing up for everyone else while slowly losing yourself. I have extensive experience with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, burnout, life transitions, self-esteem, and perinatal mental health (including TFMR).

Healing happens through connection. Group therapy offers a supportive space to feel seen, understood, and less alone in what you're carrying.

Whether you're exploring patterns of self-abandonment, navigating the emotional complexity of the perinatal journey, or moving through the shifts of perimenopause, these groups are designed to foster insight, support, and meaningful transformation alongside others who truly get it.

Forming interest lists for:

Self-Abandonment · Adult Daughters of Narcissistic Mothers · Perinatal Support · Perimenopause

Transparent pricing, no surprises.

INVESTMENT

I'm an out-of-network provider and don't bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a Superbill, a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
